New monument in front of Hotel Stavris, referring to Dimitri Kourmoulis,
a 'kapetan' during the freedom fights against the Turks.
He was buried here in 1821, beside the original church that once was here,
Agios Spiridon, which was destroyed in the second World War, and now
has been rebuilt on the same spot, but a little smaller.
