From Loutro to Chora Sfakion,
walking on the coastal path

10 minutes into a 1.30 hours walk: looking back at Loutro	There are two small beaches between Loutro and Sweetwater Beach: beautiful, quiet and good for swimming - but no fresh water!
	after about 45 minutes: looking down at Sweetwater Beach. In summer it will be busier - and the snack-bar will be open	behind Sweetwater and climbing up to the road from Anopolis - the difficult part because the trail is non-existing for several hundred metres
if you´re afraid of heights, avoid looking down! Nice and shady part, though - unfortunately the goats think so, too: the smell!
	the trail joins the road from Anopolis. 20 minutes to go to Sfakia
It´s mainly downhill - so how about a bit of jogging?		Looking down at Ilingas Beach. There´s a restaurant down there - but in ten minutes you´ll be in Sfakia anyway
