All rates are per day per accommodation in Euro.

All accommodations have free Wifi internet access for their guests. Breakfast, lunch or dinner are not included in the prices below. All accommodations can serve breakfast at an extra price, the tavernas can serve also lunch and dinner.

All rooms, studios and apartments have a private balcony, toilet and shower, are cleaned every day, and are provided with fresh blankets, sheets and towels. You need to bring your own beach towels. Electric water kettles are available on request. All rooms have air conditioning.

From 1 January, 2024 a national Greek tourist tax must be paid of 1,50 Euro per room per night, which is not included in the prices below.

High comfort: the best rooms of the hotel with private bathroom and balcony, situated in the renovated main building, newly furnished, with often a good (sea) view. Each room has its own free DSL internet access through ethernet connection (ethernet cable can be borrowed at the hotel reception).

Studios & Apartments Stavris, Frangokastello

Prices per night

All studios and apartments have a kitchenette and air conditioning, a private bathroom with toilet, and a balcony with direct sea view, table and chairs. All accommodations are cleaned every second day, and supplied with fresh linen and towels. You need to bring your own beach towel. Our guests can park their car for free on our parking. We offer free Wifi internet access to our guests.

All 1-room studios are suitable for up to 3 adults, or 2 adults + 2 children. All studios have 1 double, and 1 single bed.

All apartments consist of 2 studios side by side, with an internal connecting door. All 2-bedrooms apartments have 1 double, and 1 single bed per room.

Four Seasons apartments, Chora Sfakion

Prices per night. Four Seasons is opened all year.

All apartments have air conditioning, and a kitchen with refrigerator, are cleaned every second day, and supplied with fresh linen and towels. You need to bring your own beach towel. All apartments have a private bathroom, and large balconies with table and chairs. Most apartments have a magnificent sea view. Our guests can park their car for free on our parking.

The 2-rooms apartments consist of 1 separate bedroom and 1 living room. In the living room is also the kitchen, and there are 2 comfortable coaches that can be used by extra guests as sleeping coaches.

Extra information, requests and reservations

• • All prices are in Euros per night's stay on accommodation-only basis.
• • Breakfast is available at the accommodation or in the village at your personal expense. Lunch and dinner can be enjoyed in the local restaurants and tavernas
• • You can pre-book a standard breakfast, consisting of bread, butter, marmelade, coffee or tea, cheese and orange juice.
• • On the day of departure the accommodation should be left before 12:00 noon. Exceptions can be arranged with the manager
• • Accommodation payments are due the day before you leave in cash Euro to the hotel manager. A deposit is not required.
• • We do not accept credit cards.
• • There are no banks in Sfakia. There is a ATM/ cash machine on the village square of Chora Sfakion, accepting VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards, but also Maestro-enable regular foreign bank cards. You will need your card's PIN code.
